CAN I ORDER A ROCKBOX TO BE SENT DIRECTLY TO SOMEBODY ELSE?

Yes of course. Rockboxes are designed to be sent as gifts and we can deliver directly to the rocker of your choice. However, Rockboxes don’t just have to be gifts for the people who rock your world – treat yourself with a gift just for you!

CAN I INCLUDE A PERSONALISED NOTE WITH MY ROCKBOX?

Yes, we offer a range of Rockcards that can be personalised with your own message. You can select your Rockcard as part of the order process, tell us what you want to write inside and Rockbox HQ will handwrite the message for you.  Each Rockbox also comes with a gift tag which can be personalised. 

CAN I CHANGE THE CONTENTS OF A ROCKBOX?

The contents of our pre-curated Rockboxes cannot be changed, however the ‘Rock Your Box’ option allows you to fully customise your own Rockbox and choose exactly what gorgeous goodies you want to include. If you have a special occasion or event, we can rock with you to design a unique Rockbox. HOW DOES THE 'ROCK YOUR BOX' SERVICE WORK?

‘Rock Your Box’ allows you to create your own Rockbox and select all of the fabulous goodies that your rocker will love! Choose your favourite picks, add in our gorgeous signature Rockbox packaging and an awesome Rockcard and we will do the rest. Wrap it…. write it….send it. 

If you would like to order more than one Rockbox using the ‘Rock Your Box’ service you will need to do this as separate orders so that we can ensure the correct products are put into each Rockbox. 

HOW WILL I KNOW MY ORDER HAS BEEN RECEIVED?

Once your order has been received you will be sent a confirmation email. If you do not receive this please drop us a line at hello@rockboxrocks.co.uk to confirm that your order has been received – although you may want to check your junk folder first just in case we have been sent to the wrong place!

IS POSTAGE INCLUDED?

Postage is an additional charge and is calculated as part of the check out. Standard UK courier delivery usually takes 3-5 working days from payment being received and will cost between £3.99-£5.99 for each individual Rockbox ordered. The delivery costs for a specific Rockbox are confirmed on the detailed shop page.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ROCKBOX TO BE SENT?

Rockbox HQ will aim to process orders within 2 working days. Once dispatched from Rockbox HQ courier delivery usually takes 3-5 working days. Delivery may take slightly longer during busy periods such as Christmas. 

WHAT IF I NEED MY ROCKBOX TO ARRIVE ON A SPECIFIC DATE?

We appreciate the importance of gifts arriving on a certain date so drop us a line at hello@rockboxrocks.co.uk and we will do our best to accommodate the request. We can also add a “No peeking until…” message on the outside of the box so just let us know the date and we can do the rest.  

WHAT IF I NEED TO SEND TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES?

Only one delivery address can be used for each order so if you would like to send to different addresses you will need to do this as separate orders. 

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

If your favourite rocker lives overseas and you would like to ship a Rockbox internationally please drop us a line at hello@rockboxrocks.co.uk to discuss your requirements and we will review the best shipping options for your destination.
