Curated by Cat, author of the awesome 'Not So Smug Now' blog, this Rockbox has been designed to give mums the chance to relax. Cat wanted all of the mums out there to be able to escape to their bedroom or the bathroom and really enjoy some time out!
This Rockbox was curated as part of our Mothers Day 2018 collection at which time Cat was working on her 'Hot for Mental Health' campaign, raising funds for Cocoon Family Support, a London based charity committed to supporting mothers and families struggling with post-natal depression and mental health issues surrounding pregnancy and beyond. Having suffered with depression and post-natal depression this is a charity that is close to Cat's heart and on 26th April 2018 she completed five hot yoga sessions in one day (that's over seven hours in a room that is 41 degrees and 37% humidity) to raise money for this fantastic cause!
To support Cat with her ongoing fundraising £4.50 from every MAMASTE Rockbox will be donated to Cocoon Family Support.
This Rockbox has been designed to give mums some much needed pampering and to strengthen their mind and soul through relaxation. It was curated by Michelle, author of the beautiful ‘From The Other Chair’ blog, as part of our Mothers Day 2018 collection.
Michelle is a mother, wife and psychologist who, through her blog and social media, shares her thoughts on life, pregnancy and parenting after loss to give support to those who may be experiencing something similar. Having also experienced post-natal depression Michelle shares insight into her own personal experiences of this illness to help inform and support others.
In support of a charity close to Michelles heart £4.50 from every ‘Strong Mama’ Rockbox will be donated to the Pandas Foundation. The Pandas Foundation is a trusted support service for families suffering pre-natal or post-natal illnesses and their objective is to ensure that no individual, family or carer feels as if they are alone.
Curated by Esther, mama to Esme and Zeb, wife to Ben and the talent behind Origami Est. This Rockbox has been designed to encourage mamas to find the time to stop, relax and take a moment to get life organised in a calm and laid-back way. With a combination of luxury pamper goodies to help mama rest and relax, some luxury stationary to help with time planning and of course a splash of origami to add some “pretty” to any relaxation space, this Rockbox is the perfect treat for any busy mama.
Esther is a strong supporter of the fight against human trafficking and £4.50 from every ‘Find Time to Stop’ Rockbox will be donated to A21. A21 is a non-profit organisation fuelled by the radical hope–that human beings everywhere will be rescued from bondage and completely restored. The heart of A21 is for the one. The one woman, the one man, the one child trapped and exploited, unable to see another end to their story. But A21 sees the one, and fights for the one. We support A21 so that survivors of human trafficking can be given freedom, independence, and the chance at a better story.
