Curated by Cat, who is not only a totally rocking mama but is also a pretty awesome human! Cat is the author of the fabulous 'Not So Smug Now' blog and has curated the 'MAMASTE' Rockbox to give mums the chance to relax and get some feet up time!

Cat is currently working on her 'Hot for Mental Health' campaign, raising funds for Cocoon Family Support, a London based charity committed to supporting mothers and families struggling with post-natal depression and mental health issues surrounding pregnancy and beyond. Having suffered with depression and post-natal depression this is a charity that is close to Cat's heart and on 26th April 2018 she will be completing 5 hot yoga sessions in one day (that's over seven hours in a room that is 41 degrees and 37% humidity) to raise money for this fantastic cause! To support Cat with her fund raising £4.50 from every MAMASTE Rockbox will be donated to Cocoon Family Support.

We caught up with Cat to find out more about why this charity is important to her and what her ideal Mother's Day treat is.......

You have chosen some gorgeous products for your Rockbox – why did you chose these specific items?

I wanted to choose items that would give mums a chance to relax. I wanted them to be able to escape to the bedroom or the bathroom with their box and just take some time out to really enjoy it.

Can you tell us a little bit about your chosen charity and why it is important to you?

Cocoon Family Support is a London based charity that works with mums and families affected by post natal depression and other mental health issues associated with pregnancy and motherhood. As someone who suffered from PND, it’s a cause that’s really close to my heart, but also I just want to open the conversation when it comes to motherhood and mental health.

What is the best present you have ever received?

This Christmas my husband bought me a pair of wireless headphones which was the best gift I’ve ever received because it meant that I could clean the house while watching my sh*t TV and not worry about wires. It seems like a really silly thing, but they’re noise cancelling and when I’m wearing them and doing my thing, it’s a little bit of my own space amid the chaos!

As Mums we all know that down time is rare however when you do get it what do you like to do?

I’m a big hot yoga fan so I’ll always do that when I can. I’ll always fall down the rabbit hole of shit reality TV but I’m really trying not to do that too often.

How do you manage 'the juggle' of being a working mum?

I really don’t. I get through each day hoping that the balls I drop aren’t big ones like forgetting to pick up the kids or losing the kids or getting divorced. If I can get through the day without any of those things happening, then that’s just fine by me.

If you are talking to a new or expectant mum what would be the one piece of advice that you would give them?

It’s hard and that’s ok. Talk about it.

This is a tough one but what are your three favourite Insta accounts to follow and why....?

That’s like asking me to pick my favourite child! I love Celeste Barber. She cracks me up daily. I’m a big fan of Susie J Verrill’s stories and the lovely Grace Timothy (@mumfacegrace) who’s just published her MUMFACE book is also pretty hilarious too.

What would be your ideal treat this Mother’s Day?

A snog and a bum grab? Ha! And a lie in.
